Petit Manseng is a very interesting grape variety.  This grape has a distinct lemon and fruit flavour, plenty of presence, which carries the touch of sweetness. At first the aroma is just another light, fairly simple dry style white, but then it reveals some interesting hidden subtleties. The bouquet starts up with yeasty sur-lie hints, evolving some honeysuckle, pear and fruit aromas. It’s delicate in the mouth with firm acidity and hint of sweetness, finishing clean, dry and well balanced.
